Purchases and Premium
Premium offers a lifetime one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. It unlocks every practice set and mock test and removes ads. The first set of each question type and mock test 1 are free with ads.
If Premium is missing after a purchase, connect to the internet, use the same Apple or Google account used to buy it, and try the restore-purchases option in the app. If that does not resolve the issue, email your device type, app version and store order reference. Do not send card details.
Cancel a monthly subscription
Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app or deleting data does not cancel a subscription. A lifetime purchase has no recurring subscription charge. Refund requests follow the store's policies: Apple billing support or Google Play support.
Study records and reminders
Study history, wrong-answer notes, records by type, vocabulary progress and study plan preferences are stored on your device, not as a cloud study backup. Uninstalling removes local app data. Notification permission is needed for local study reminders. Check both the app's reminder preferences and your device notification settings if reminders are not appearing.
Report a question or technical problem
For content issues, send the question type, set, question number and a short description of the problem. For app problems, include your device model, operating system, app version and the steps that caused the issue. You may attach a screenshot with any personal details removed. The app does not need camera, microphone or photo library access for practice.
Privacy and data deletion
No registration or login is required. Firebase creates a random anonymous ID to support purchase entitlements. To delete server data, including that ID and its entitlement record, email kimloydmail@gmail.com. If available, include your anonymous ID or store order reference to help us locate the record. Contact us before uninstalling if you need help identifying your record. Local app data is removed by uninstalling; subscription cancellation is separate. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
